How can I get my high school transcripts?

Contact the Catholic School’s office (617-779-3601). Some records are in this office; for other records we will refer you to the correct location. Generally, the records from a closed parish school are kept at the rectory when the school closes.

I need the “Non-Public School Service Form” completed for my retirement.

If you worked in a Catholic school prior to 1980, please Send the form to the Catholic School’s office. We will verify the information and return the form to you. We have information on the location of school records and can do this even if the school is closed. The superintendent must sign the form.

If you worked in a Catholic school after 1980, there are no teacher records at the Catholic School’s office. Most teachers since 1980 did pay into retirement programs besides social security and this information should be available at the school or rectory.

I would like to talk to someone about questions or concerns regarding my child’s school?

First contact your child’s teacher or principal at your child’s school. If you need additional assistance, please call the Catholic School’s office (617-779-3601).
